(A) Purified CD8+ cells from IL-10−/− P1CTL or IL-10+/+ P1CTL mice were injected intravenously into Rag2−/−mice with established J558 tumors at a dose of 5 × 106/mouse. Tumor growth was monitored every 2–3 d (B). At 40 d after T cell therapy, mice were sacrificed and P1CTL cells (CD8+Vα8.3+) in spleens were analyzed by flow cytometry and quantified (n = 5 mice/group). ***P < 0.0001 by Student t test.
