miR-134 is downregulated in renal cell carcinoma (RCC). (A) miR-134 level in RCC samples was significantly downregulated compared with the paired adjacent nontumor tissues. The median in each triplicate was used to calculate the relative miR-134 concentration using the comparative 2−ΔCt method (2-ΔCt was used to detect the expression of miR-134 in tissue samples).
