aNumber of consecutive SNP alleles assumed for each haplotype. LL stands for Landrace; YY stands for Yorkshire. All the scenarios were under the imputation strategy of ‘5 K to 8 K’. Numbers in the table are averages over non-overlapping windows of a specific size
