Calculated poliovirus concentration values along with the parameters used for their calculation, i.e., the experimentally determined scattered light intensity–concentration slopes (s), and the dmeanscatter. Parameters with the same value for every calculation were dmean, polioscatter=26.402±0.142   nm, Ivirus = 2048 ± 56 kcps, nstandard = 1.59 ± 0.005, nsolution = 1.331 ± 0.001 and nvirus = 1.58 ± 0.04.
