Calculated poliovirus concentration values along with the parameters used for their calculation, i.e., the experimentally determined scattered light intensity–concentration slopes (s), and the $d_{\text{mean}}^{\text{scatter}}$. Parameters with the same value for every calculation were $d_{\text{mean, polio}}^{\text{scatter}}=26.402\pm 0.142nm$, I_virus = 2048 ± 56 kcps, n_standard = 1.59 ± 0.005, n_solution = 1.331 ± 0.001 and n_virus = 1.58 ± 0.04.
