There were similar findings for all vector types. (b) Histological sections of optic nerve from each vector. rAAV 2/8, 2/9 and 2/2 showed transduction of the optic nerve, with 2/8 showing the strongest transduction. rAAV2/5 showed no transduction of the optic nerve.
