[¹⁸F]-FDG metabolism in LAPC4-CR xenograft tumors in 13 mice. Figures show a coronal slice through the region of highest [¹⁸F]-FDG uptake within each subcutaneous tumor, as indicated by arrowheads. [¹⁸F]-FDG PET images were acquired at 60 minutes after injection of the radiotracer and displayed on a linear gray scale normalized by the injected activity and the mouse body weight ([ID/cm³*wt]).
