Nine genes in tandem repeats 7 (T7) on Jc-contig 392_34 of physic nut and their orthologs on scaffold 30076 of castor bean were syntenic. The NAC domain of the 30076.m004482 protein is incomplete. The orthologous genes based on the phylogenetic analysis (S2 Fig) were indicated by lines.
