MoDCs prepared from four different donors were treated with 100 nM plasmin for 24 h, then washed and incubated with allogeneic PBMCs in triplicate for 4 days. 3H-thymidine incorporation over the last 24 h was taken as a measure of lymphocyte proliferation. Data are shown as mean ± s.e.m. *p<0.05, **p<0.01 and ***p<0.001 by unpaired two-tail Student’s t-test.
