Histochemical expression of the β-glucuronidase (GUS) reporter gene in transgenic Arabidopsis and wild type (WT) in response to abiotic stresses and abscisic acid (ABA). Two-week-old Arabidopsis T3 plants were subjected to ABA, high temperature (HT), cold (4 °C), and drought (20% PEG6000) treatments for 6 h. Control (CK) plants were treated with water.
