RNA expression profiles of TFH cells in response to IL-33 stimulation. (a) RNA profiles were examined in TFH cells with PBS treatment and IL-33 stimulation, respectively. The TFH cell-associated genes were examined with Illumina microarray analysis. The differentially expressed genes in response to stimulation were determined with a SAM supervised analysis (Wilcoxon statistic, 2-fold ratio, 0% false discovery rate).
