(C) Eos protein expression by in vivo induced pTreg. CD4+CD25−CD44lowCD45Rbhigh cells were sorted from OT-II (CD45.2) mice and were transferred into CD45.1 mice. Mice were fed 1.5% OVA water for 7 d, and Eos expression was measured on d 8 in the mesenteric lymph node and small intestine Peyers Patches.
