CD4⁺Foxp3-GFP⁻CD44^lowCD45Rb^high cells were sorted from WT mice and injected into RAG2^−/− mice alone or in combination with CD4⁺Foxp3-GFP⁺ cells from WT or Eos^−/− mice. (B) The number of CD4⁺Foxp3⁻ and (C) the number of CD4⁺ cytokine (IFN-γ and IL-17) producing cells was calculated at the end of the study.
