Fig 1 — The horizontal disc diameter to vertical disc diameter ratio (upper panel) and the peripapillary atrophy width to vertical disc diameter ratio (lower panel) significantly changed according to the degree of myopic shift in the disc suspect eyes with an enlarged cup-to-disc ratio. The eyes with glaucoma had minimal changes in the two parameter ratios despite the myopic shift.
