A and B. Serum levels of IFN-γ and TGF-β1 were tested by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. The mice were first immunized s.c. with the B16F10/GPI-IL-21 inactivated tumor vaccine and then were challenged by the differently treated B16F10 cells as described in the section of materials and methods. Data are represented as mean +/− SEM (n=12).
