(A) GEF-H1 depletion impairs TGFβ-induced dissemination in CIA. TGFβ-treated cells were depleted of GEF-H1 and subsequently submitted to CIA. Impact of GEF-H1 silencing on dissemination speed was quantified by manual tracking.
