(A). Effects of WIP1 silencing on the protein levels of cyclin D1 and c-Myc, the known target genes of Wnt/β-catenin pathway, were analyzed by Western blotting after control and WIP1-shRNA1with or without WIP1 overexpression vector, were co-cultured with ACC-M cells. ß-actin loading control is also shown. Representative of three independent experiments was shown. (B), Effects of WIP1 silencing on the mRNA levels of cyclin D1 and c-Myc were analyzed by RT-PCR after control and WIP1-shRNA1with or without WIP1 overexpression vector, were co-cultured with ACC-M cells. GAPDH mRNA levels were used as internal controls. Error bars represent the mean ± SD of triplicate experiments (*p < 0.05).
