L. monocytogenes EGDe invaded the intestine and spread to systemic organs after foodborne infection of mice. (A) BALB/c/By/J (BALB) or C57BL/6J (B6) mice were fed 3 × 109 CFU of L. monocytogenes SD2900 (Eryr EGDe).
