Northern blot analysis for transgenic expression of AtMTP1 and AtZIP1 in storage parenchyma or tuberous roots, fibrous roots and leaves of 18 transgenic events. Transcript levels of the AtMTP1 and AtZIP1 driven by patatin promoter (A,B) and FMV promoter (C) in 4-month-old plants grown in a growth chamber. A 10 μg aliquot of total RNA was used for Northern analysis. WT, wild type control and multiple transgenic events for each construct.
