There was no group effect (F = 0.054, P = 0.983), whereas time effect was present (F = 42.87, P < 0.001). The cumulative weight of egested pellets did not differ among the four groups, including a control group and groups treated with SKI3246 at 150, 300, and 600 mg/kg by the repeated measures ANOVA test or Greenhouse-Geisser correction method. There was no group effect (F = 0.235, P = 0.639), whereas time effect was present (F = 30.41, P < 0.001). The error bars indicate standard deviation.
