Transcriptional regulation, modulatory effects on lipid accumulation and cell number by oleic acid, insulin, JNK, FAT/CD36 in 3T3L1 adipocytes (Representative experiment on 3T3L1 dA, D15). mRNA were quantified in at least 4 replicates per condition in cells plated in 12-wells plates and normalized to that of HPRT, lipid content (AdipoRed absorbance) and nuclei count (Hoechst absorbance) were measured in 8 96-wells plates.
