Ambiguity resolution for plant sequences with N-terminal sequence "MG". Each prediction model was used to score the same 7230 unclassified plant sequences containing a glycine at position 2. Highest negative and lowest positive scores were determined using the 265 plant-specific classified examples described in Table 1.
