The clonogenic potential of the CD34+ cells cultured in cytokine-free medium with or without irradiation. The CFCs, including CFU-GM, BFU-E and CFU-Mix populations, were assayed by the methylcellulose method, as described in the Materials and Methods. Colonies containing >50 cells were counted using an inverted microscope.
