Expression levels of inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines in peripheral blood and liver tissue. Samples were collected 6 h after liver irradiation. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) (A) and Real-Time quantitative Reverse Transcription-PCR (RT-qPCR) (B) analyses showed that TNF-α, IL-β and IL-6 were all significantly increased after RT, and these effects were partially decreased by MSC-CM administration. Expression of the anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10 was significantly increased by MSC-CM treatment.
