(b) and (c) display collagen fibers in projected stacks of multiphoton images of the media and adventitia, respectively, for a basilar control artery. Projected stacks of multiphoton images for collagen fibers seen in the luminal and abluminal sides of the aneurysm are shown in (d) and (e), respectively.
