(A) The promoter binding sites of the WT and M-versions of RepoMan and PNUTS show a large overlap, indicating that their recruitment is PP1-independent. (B) NIPP1-WT and NIPP1-M bind to distinct subsets of promoters, showing that PP1 regulates the binding specificity of NIPP1.
