Fig. 4 — Gene Ontology (GO) term distribution of BLASTX hits for the combined transcriptome of Callinectes sapidus. The longest transcript of each gene sequence was blasted against the SwissProt protein sequence database. GO categories were chosen to match those used by Zeng et al. [17] for annotation of the transcriptome of the crustacean Parhyale hawaiensis
