Antithrombotic activity was investigated in male Sprague–Dawley rats with the tissue thromboplastin-induced venous thrombosis model. The results are expressed as thrombus weight (mean ± SD, n = 8, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001 vs. control). (B) Different doses of compounds were infused into mice. Blood loss was determined by measuring the hemoglobin present in the water using a spectrophotometric method.
