Platelet function after a single 10 mg dose of prasugrel in seven healthy volunteers, as measured with optical aggregometry VerifyNow® P2Y12 test. The results are given as arithmetic means (SD). The volunteers ingested 200 ml of grapefruit juice or water three times a day for 4 days, and a single 10 mg dose of prasugrel on day 3 with an additional 200 ml of grapefruit juice or water.
