Effects of MR overexpression on combined cue and context conditioning. On the acquisition (day 1), animals were exposed to six tones followed by a foot shock. (A) Freezing behavior was scored during the tone (cue on) and after the tone (cue off) (B). Forty-eight hours later mice were exposed to the same procedure as on day 1, but without shocks.
