Analysis of gene expression profiles of EB/Con and EB/miR-125b-2 groups at various time-points. (A) The expression levels of endodermal marker Foxa2 and mesoderm marker Brachyury were detected in day-3 EBs. (B) The expression levels of endodermal marker Gata6, mesodermal marker Foxf1 and the parietal ectoderm marker Nestin were detected in day-3 EBs. (C) The expression levels of endodermal marker Foxa2 and mesoderm marker Brachyury were detected in day-9 EBs. The individual values were normalized against the endogenous standard gene GAPDH. Groups: EB/Con, empty vector-transfected EBs; EB/miR-125b-2, miR-125b-2-transfected EBs.
