The BM-MSC pre-treated NFs promote PCa cells growth. Growth assay follows the protocol demonstrated in Fig. 3A, similar to invasion assay. NFs were co-cultured with the primary mouse BM-MSCs for 7 days, subsequently incubated with PCa cells for 3 days, which were harvested for the growth assay. (A) The growth of TRAMP-C1 cells co-cultured with NFs, BM-MSCs pre-treated NFs, CAFs and control media was demonstrated by BrdU staining, the quantitation of growth rates are shown on the right.
