Experimental validation of SRSF1-SF3A PPIs. Purified GST-SRSF1 recombinant protein was incubated with (a) His-SF3A3, (b) His-SF3A2, (c) His-SF3A1, or (d) His-FOX1, in the presence of nuclease.
