(+) indicates that inhibition of the target is positively correlated to any specific adverse drug reaction (ADR) and possibly causal, whereas (−) stands for a negative correlation with the ADR putatively reflecting protective properties. (+ +) and (− −) denote variable importance values higher than 1.5.
