HPLC Chromatogram of 50% Ethanolic Extract of Tea Leaves. Purple tea (A), Japanese green tea (B) and Indian black tea (C) were extracted with 50% ethanol at 40ºC for 2 hr and the solvents were evaporated. HPLC chromatogram was recorded at 280 nm by UV detector. HPLC condition was described in the materials and methods.
