TPT-induced PTEN nuclear translocation was dependent on PTEN (S113) phosphorylation in A549 and HeLa cells. A549 cells and/or HeLa cells were transiently transfected with the 3×Flag-PTEN-WT or 3×Flag-PTEN^S113A plasmid, and 24 h after transfection, the cells were treated with or without 3 μg/mL TPT.
