Expression levels of miR-10b and KLF mRNA in AGS cell after transfected with miR-10b mimic using Lentivirus system were detected by real-time PCR. The miR-10b expression is significantly higher in miR-10b mimic compared with that in Scramble while the KLF4 mRNA expression is significantly decreased in miR-10b mimic compared with that in Scramble (both *P < 0.001).
