Effect of si-Axin2 on the proliferation of HCC cells. A. Expression of Axin2 was determined by qRT-PCR in HepG2 cells after transfected with si-Axin2. B. The apoptosis rate was markedly decreased in HepG2 cells transfected with si-Axin2. D. Down-regulated expression of Axin2 resulted in a significant decrease in the cellular population in G0/G1 phase but a sharp increase in S phase.
