Adjustments are for gender and age categories (18/44, 45/64, 65+); Adjusted proportions are predictive margins (proportions), differences are contrasts of margins, and differences-in-differences are incremental effects of the interaction term in the model. Percent changes are DDs divided by 2005–2006 proportions for NJ, and multiplied by 100. 95% confidence intervals in parentheses were computed using the delta-method.
