Control and ISW fruit was stored for 0, 7 and 14 days at 4°C and then rewarmed at 20°C for 6 hours before measurements. The results represent the mean of four independent replicates for each sample. Capital letters indicate differences between storage time for each cultivar and treatment, while lowercase letters indicate differences between cultivars and treatments at each storage time (p-value <0.05).
