Effect of Huaier extract on the morphological changes of HepG2 cells. Hoechst 33258 staining was used to observe the apoptotic cells under a BX-60 fluorescence microscope (200x) after cells were treated with different doses of Huaier extract (0, 2, 4, 8, and 16 mg/mL) for 48 h.
