SFN-induced Nrf2 activation inhibited NF-κB signaling pathway in normal BL10 mice. 4-week-old male C57/Black 10 mice were separately treated with SFN (2 mg/kg of body weight by gavage), and 4-week-old C57/Black 10 mice were treated with corn oil in the same dose for 4 weeks.
