MPM cells were co-incubated with LPS (100 ng/ml) and Hc-CATH (2 μg/ml) or preincubated with Hc-CATH (2 μg/ml) for 15 min before the addition of LPS (100 ng/ml). After incubation for 30 min, the cells were collected, and the cytoplasmic or nuclear proteins were extracted for Western blot analysis.
