The midpoint values and the change in free energy (ΔG⁰) obtained for different protein samples

Errors for the midpoint measurements are typically within 5 to 7%. The errors for the ΔG⁰ values are within 15%. All experiments were carried out using 20 mm sodium phosphate buffer, pH 7.5, at room temperature.
