IL-31 induces Fizz1 and SAA expression. Peritoneal macrophages from wild-type and IL-4Rα mice were cultured with IL-4 (20 ng/ml) and IL-13 (20 ng/ml) for 48 h. Cells were induced with IL-31 (200 ng/ml) for 12 h, and expression of Fizz1 (A) and SAA (B) were measured.
