Interaction of CD98hc with gB and gH. 293T cells were cotransfected with pcDNA-MEF-CD98hc and either pPEP-gB, pPEPgH, and pPEP-gL, or pPEP-gD. At 2 days posttransfection, the cells were harvested, immunoprecipitated with anti-Flag antibody, and analyzed by immunoblotting with the indicated antibodies.
