For calculation of fold differences, the IC₅₀ obtained for the respective recombinant was related to the IC₅₀ obtained for either SA13/JFH1_orig or SA13/JFH1_Core-NS5B as specified below.

P values were determined using the Z test as described in Materials and Methods. P values of <0.005 were considered significant and are shown in boldface.

For statistical analyses, these recombinants were related to the SA13/JFH1_orig recombinant.
