Representative images of CD31 and Lyve-1 immunostaining on whole mount meninges. Adult mice were injected i.c.v. with 2.5μg of Alexa 488 conjugated anti-Lyve-1 antibody. Thirty minutes after the injection, the meninges were harvested and stained with CD31. Injected in vivo, the Lyve-1 antibody illuminates the lymphatic vessels (scale bar = 20 μm). c.
