The 6% of PPD-ginsenoside with the same volume of enzyme (final 3% substrate of PPD-ginsenoside) was reacted at 45°C for 12 h, 18 h, 24 h, and 30 h; Sample 1 reacted for 12 h; Sample 2 reacted for 18 h; Sample 3 reacted for 24 h; and Sample 4 reacted for 30 h.
