Cell viability assay after ginsenoside Rg3 (G-Rg3) treatment in normal human melanocytes. After incubating cells with 20, 40, or 60μM of G-Rg3 for 48 h at 37°C in an atmosphere containing 5% CO₂, 3-[4, 5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide was added to each well at one tenth of the volume of media. Data are expressed as the mean ± standard error of the mean of three independent experiments carried out in triplicate. CON, control cells.
