Shown are representative micrographs of indirect immunofluorescence from fixed and permeabilized samples with DNA (blue), mast cell tryptase (green) as well as C. albicans (red) stained samples. MCETs were identified by co-localization of extracellular laminar DNA with tryptase immunostaining (arrows). Scale bars, 10 μm.
